Required Skills: •Lead controls and automation activities for large-scale machinery and integrated systems, including commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, testing, and customer acceptance. •Serve as the primary technical resource during project execution, working directly with customers, contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. •Diagnose and resolve complex controls, networking, motion control, and system performance issues while minimizing downtime and maintaining project schedules. •Support warehouse automation, conveyor, material handling, and intelligent routing systems through installation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Manage project documentation, schedules, risk identification, and technical communication while maintaining visibility across all phases of project execution.
