Required Skills: •Identify and provide accurate parts for internal and external customers to ensure timely vehicle service. •Receive, stock, and maintain inventory with precision, including cycle counts and proper stocking levels. •Process shipments and returns, including incorrect or defective parts, ensuring vendor compliance. •Control supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency. •Allocate parts using CarMax systems for seamless workflow and accurate documentation. •Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and problem-solving. •Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
