Required Skills: •Conduct field audits of completed utility locates to verify accuracy, completeness, and proper marking of underground utilities. •Evaluate compliance with company policies, client specifications, and state one-call laws (e.g., 811 regulations). •Inspect documentation, including tickets, and photos, for accuracy and completeness. •Identify deficiencies, errors, or safety concerns and document findings in detailed audit reports. •Provide constructive feedback and coaching to field technicians to improve performance and quality. •Track audit results and trends to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions. •Partner cross-functionally with Area Managers, Trainers and Regional Operations Managers to address performance gaps. •Perform follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred. •Strong knowledge of underground utility locating methods, equipment, and industry standards. •Operational familiarity with state and local regulations governing utility locating (e.g., One Call/811 laws). •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret maps, prints, and utility records. •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency with mobile data collection tools and reporting software. •Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record.
