Required Skills: •Serve as the primary intake and prioritization lead for automation, innovation, analytics, AI, and process improvement opportunities across Internal Audit. •Partner with Internal Audit assurance and technology teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and define desired outcomes. •Establish and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to departmental strategy, risk, business value, and resource capacity. •Lead product discovery activities to validate assumptions, gather stakeholder feedback, and define requirements. •Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities for engineering teams. •Own backlog prioritization, refinement, sequencing, and value realization activities. •Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, including planning, testing, demonstrations, and implementation. •Validate that delivered solutions meet user expectations, business requirements, and intended outcomes prior to deployment. Qualifications: •Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Certification, PMP, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or change management certifications are preferred.
