Qualifications: •Stay current on regulatory developments and industry best practices impacting treasury and capital markets. •Ensure audit methodologies align with IIA Standards and applicable regulatory guidance. •The Experience You Bring To The Team •Minimum Required Experiences and Skills •8 years of experience in internal audit or risk management within financial services, with significant exposure to complex treasury and capital markets activities (i.e. investment banking). •Comprehensive expertise in trading products, market risk, credit risk, and operational risk in capital markets and treasury activities. •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to influence senior leaders and drive change across complex organizations. •People leadership experience, including direct management or supervision of a team. •Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.
