Required Skills: •Design and deploy AV and collaboration systems for business units, including Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and PexIP/CVI interoperability gateways. •Support project rollouts for new conference rooms, huddle spaces, event areas, and hybrid collaboration setups. •Configure and maintain HP/Poly conferencing systems (G7500, Studio X, RealPresence, Trio) and Barco ClickShare devices. •Integrate AV-over-IP, NDI, Dante, VLANs, QoS, and other networking principles into enterprise AV ecosystems. •Provide Tier 2/3 technical support during project deployments, ensuring business units receive timely issue resolution and technical guidance. •Partner with business units to understand requirements and deliver AV/collaboration solutions tailored to their needs. •Manage end-to-end project deployments, including planning, implementation, testing, and handover to operations teams. •Coordinate vendor resources and oversee installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of AV systems.
