Hiring: Attorney Company: alliantgroup Location: Houston, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:08:49 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : R About the job Experience: •2 years of experience as an attorney with the ability to maintain own docket Required Skills: •Evaluate evidence, assess case merits, and develop strategies to position clients for successful outcomes. •Advise clients on legal and business matters impacting incentive studies and related projects. •Identify, analyze, and quantify business incentives for clients across a variety of industries. •Partner cross-functionally with industry experts to assess technical projects and determine qualifying activities. •Develop and execute strategies to represent clients in federal and state examinations, mediations, and appellate reviews. •Gather, review, and analyze documentation and prepare responses for submission to government agencies. •Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, analyses, and other supporting legal documents. •Prepare clients and witnesses for interviews, examinations, and meetings with government agencies.
