Required Skills: •Provides legal advice, counsel and representation to detachment management and contracting officials on acquisition and contract administration matters. •Provides legal advice on contract formation, including contract authority and delegations, commercial items, competitive and limited-sources, contract review, foreign acquisition, pricing, socioeconomics, source selection, fiscal law, and protests. •Provides legal advice and representation on contract administration matters, such as changes, delivery and quality, performance, terminations, and contract litigation. •Advises detachment management and contracting officials concerning civilian labor and employment matters, ethics, fraud, and general administrative law matters. •As needed, provides legal representation before the , Government Accountability Office, Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Merit Systems Protection Board. •Performs other duties as assigned.
