Required Skills: •Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader in media and entertainment, is seeking a Product Manager-Analyst who is an Atlassian Cloud SME to support the management, optimization, and adoption of internal enterprise technology platforms within the B2B Product Solutions team in DX Technology and Digital. •Serve as a subject matter resource for Atlassian Cloud tools and capabilities, helping teams understand, optimize, and adopt the platform. •Gather and analyze user feedback, business needs, and enhancement requests to identify opportunities for product and platform improvements. •Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable product requirements. •Create and support user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other product artifacts. •Support backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product delivery activities. •Partner with Product Managers, engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. •Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and delivery activities. Qualifications: •1–3 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Operations Support, Technology Support, or a similar role. •Applied hands-on capability in the Atlassian Cloud suite and ability to serve as an internal SME/resource for Atlassian capabilities. •Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, project/program/portfolio management, or product management methodologies. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and summarize findings. •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work onsite at KP2 four days per week. •Direct experience with Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms. •Reporting, dashboard, and analytics experience. •Exposure to system integrations and data flows.
