Required Skills: •Lead and oversee the company's process review, compliance, and quality assurance programs. •Manage, coach, and develop Process Review Specialists and other assigned team members. •Establish review methodologies, audit standards, performance metrics, and reporting requirements. •Monitor organizational performance trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. •Partner with operational leadership to address process deficiencies and compliance concerns. •Lead root cause analysis efforts related to quality issues, customer complaints, billing discrepancies, operational errors, and process breakdowns. •Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to implement process enhancements and standardize best practices across the organization. •Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, audit schedules, and executive reporting tools. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, Automotive Management, or related field preferred. •Strong knowledge of operational workflows, compliance standards, quality assurance methodologies, and process improvement principles. •Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and developing employees. •Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and drive organizational change. •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and reporting tools. •Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
