Required Skills: •Manages and coordinates project accounting activities within the business unit while maintaining responsibility for project-level accounting tasks and leading, managing, and developing project accounting individuals with guidance to support performance and development. •Processes and reviews project-related owner invoices, project costs, and owner and trade payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. •Reviews project financial records, including budgets, costs, commitments, and billings, to maintain financial accuracy and alignment with approved project budgets. •Prepares and reviews project financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis to support project teams and business unit leadership. •Collaborates with project managers and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain accurate project financial information. •Ensures compliance with internal accounting policies, financial controls, and applicable accounting standards across project financial activities. •Supports the development and coordination of project accounting individuals within the business unit while providing guidance on project accounting processes and practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. •Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (CCIFP) certification preferred.
