Required Skills: •Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct well-reasoned legal research. •Draft pleadings, answer written discovery, handle court hearings and trials. •Communicate with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel while adhering to all deadlines. •Demonstrated capacity to travel for court, client meetings, etc. •Demonstrated capacity to work out of our NJ Offices (Mt. Laurel or Bedminster) in a hybrid capacity.
