Hiring: Associate Wealth Advisor Company: Bessemer Trust Location: Naples, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:00:06 Target Skills & Keywords : CFA, Fixed Income, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, Series 7, Wealth Management About the job Required Skills: •Partner with Wealth Advisors and Senior Wealth Advisors in developing strategies to identify and engage with prospective clients from relationship inception to conversion to clients in achieving assigned business development goals. •Support business development efforts including sourcing prospective clients, creating prospective client profiles and materials, organizing meetings, and interacting with the Firm’s Relationship Acceptance Committee. •Identify and attend appropriate networking events to deepen relationships with prospective clients, key prospective client referral sources, and industry experts. •Perform due diligence on prospective client leads received from lead generators and other related sources. •Partner cross-functionally with key specialists across Bessemer’s Wealth Planning, Family Office Management, Investments, and Client Advisory teams in support of business development efforts within your assigned geographic area. •Develop proficiency in asset allocation modeling and analysis of investment portfolios, fixed income portfolios, and tax transitions. •Ensure a seamless onboarding process for prospective clients by effectively managing the transition to the designated Client Advisory team. •Partner cross-functionally with Wealth Advisor Analysts on all prospective client analyses and presentation preparation. Qualifications: •Ideally five plus years of prior experience in Financial Services, with some exposure to Wealth Management, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or related fields. •Willingness to obtain Series 7 and 66. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. •Candidate must be goal-oriented, proactive, and a driven self-starter. •Demonstrated capacity to initiate and actively contribute to a fast paced team environment. •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
