Hiring: Associate / Vice President, Investment Banking - Private Capital Advisory Company: Guggenheim Securities Location: New York, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 02:46:11 Target Skills & Keywords : Capital Markets About the job Experience: •4-8 years of work experience (private capital advisory experience is preferred) •8 years of work experience (private capital advisory experience is preferred) •3 years of investment banking experience or equivalent experience •At least 3 years of investment banking experience or equivalent experience Required Skills: •Prepare and contribute to delivery of client presentations and interact with senior bankers, clients and lawyers •Design and development of financial models and valuation analysis •Perform company and fund-level due diligence, prepare confidential information memoranda and other transaction-related documentation •Manage investor outreach and facilitate due diligence process •Conduct market research including identifying industry trends •Gather and analyze information, develop, and communicate recommendations to senior team •Assist in identifying new potential business opportunities across the secondary market •Contribute to management and development of analyst class Qualifications: •Core modeling and valuation experience •Significant level of maturity and the ability to interface with top private equity sponsors, secondary investors, and internal senior management •Understanding of the private equity and secondaries markets •Highly organized and motivated, with the initiative and ability to work with limited supervision •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail •Strong written and oral communication skills •Effective process management abilities •Bachelor’s degree •Currently, this role is expected to be in the ­­­­New York office at least 4 days per week.
