Required Skills: •Recruit for technical roles across Engineering and other growing areas of the business, supporting candidates throughout the full recruiting process. •Proactively source and engage high-quality engineering talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, events, and other creative sourcing channels. •Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, target profiles, and priorities for each search. •Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, motivations, and alignment with OneImaging. •Create a high-touch candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful follow-up, and strong relationship building. •Build and maintain pipelines of talented engineers for both current and future hiring needs. •Attend and support local Miami technology, engineering, recruiting, and networking events to build relationships and increase awareness of OneImaging. •Help identify opportunities for OneImaging to participate in local events, partnerships, meetups, and other talent-focused initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role, with some experience supporting technical or engineering hiring. •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage candidates and hiring managers. •Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities at once. •Strong interest in technology, startups, and building high-performing engineering teams. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. •Strong sense of ownership and willingness to jump in wherever needed. •Hungry, ambitious, curious, and motivated to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows. •Excited to spend time in the Miami technology community and build relationships with talented engineers. •Must be based in the Miami area. •Operational familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools.
