Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •Foundational knowledge of IT systems, software applications, system integration, and data exchange. •Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP request/response concepts, XML, JSON, structured data, and relational databases. •Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. •Demonstrated project coordination skills, including documentation, task tracking, prioritization, stakeholder follow-up, and status reporting. •Strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities. •Basic coding or scripting knowledge in a language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. •Operational familiarity with PunchOut, cXML, EDI, procurement platforms, or other B2B system integrations.
