Required Skills: •Deliver excellent customer service while supporting employees across multiple locations. •Provide day-to-day technical support for endpoint and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. •Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment for end users. •Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology for executive meetings, leadership reviews, and other high-visibility events. •Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD in accordance with established security and compliance requirements. •Support endpoint management and security controls to maintain a secure and compliant computing environment. •Perform local IT asset lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning. •Maintain accurate asset records and software licensing information using IT service management and asset management tools. Qualifications: •1–3 years of experience in enterprise desktop support, IT support, or junior systems administration. •Basic experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar identity management platforms. •Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity. •Operational familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar platforms. •Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. •Operational familiarity with IT asset management platforms such as Snipe-IT. •Basic scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash.
