Required Skills: •Provide targeted support on specific, scoped proposals as needed. •Collaborate on product-development projects, supporting project managers on strategic initiatives. •Track and report on revenue KPIs for assigned programs to ensure accurate data monitoring. •Build, maintain, and optimize cross-functional reporting inputs and dashboards that integrate clinical, operational, and financial data for leadership readouts. •Assist in abstract and protocol development support, effectively managing shifting priorities and peak workloads around major conference timelines. •Lead site outreach for assigned platforms and assist with development of site networks and management of active sites. •Develop and maintain platform playbooks, standardized work instructions, decision logs, and onboarding materials that reduce operational noise for senior leads. •Assist with the development of weekly and monthly client slide decks and executive readout materials.
