Required Skills: •Report into the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development. •This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. •The base pay for this role is: $87,188 - $114,434 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. •Craft recommendations using a data-driven approach combined with business intuition for senior executives to make pricing decisions that influence our growth and bottom-line •Support build of models and tooling that produce relevant business insights, including competitive intelligence insights and scenario modeling •Partner cross-functionally with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales teams to develop portfolio strategy for each Oscar market •Identify and research profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights to help guide company-wide strategic decisions •Source, organize, and analyze data to support all strategic programs in the team Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent work experience •MBA in finance, MS in Financial Analysis •Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery to analyze large datasets •Proficiency working with NetSuite and Adaptive •This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
