Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline. •Proficient with MATLAB, Python, or C++ or other tools or languages. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a US Top Secret security clearance. •Signal processing (detection and estimation theory) •Receiver design, channel estimation and equalization •Machine learning, AI, and optimization algorithms •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline. •Understanding of software-defined radios, adaptive communications, electronic protection, or dynamic spectrum access concepts.
