Capturing key information around skills, capabilities, compensation, and availability via phone, e-mails, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. •Identify employers hiring contractors and interim talent. •Build a reputation within your vertical niche as the go to Agent for contract and interim opportunities in North America. •Develop an understanding of payroll solutions within contract workforce solutions and the associated benefits for each party •Partner cross-functionally with our search-ops, marketing, media and technology teams to create best-in-class service and experience for our clients and contractors •Source talent for client job orders both in and outside of your niche via LinkedIn & LinkedIn Recruiter for contract assignments in conjunction with the wider team. •Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders on projects to completion. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree minimum •Demonstrated capacity to work out of our Headquarters in Delray Beach, FL (this is not a remote position.) •A proven track record of excellence and achievement in academics, sports, clubs, or activities – “Will to Win.” •Competitive spirit, yet a good team player •A relationship builder with a focus on the long-term play •Comfort level with spreadsheets, project planning, and basic research tools •Professional demeanor on social media platforms •Internships and/or work experience preferred.
