Hiring: Associate Relations Coordinator Company: Panda Restaurant Group Location: Rosemead, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 14:57:52 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Experience: •Minimum one year of experience in HR related to associate relations issues, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment •Successful completion of initial and periodically required training. •Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. •Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Required Skills: •Completes intake of associates’ concerns using probing questions and accurately logs the issues into the case management database. •Conducts environment checks under the guidance of AR management. Documents associate relations concerns during calls with Operations associates.
