Required Skills: •Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, virtual, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams, as well as related meetings such as interview debriefs. •Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager on campus recruiting initiatives by attending career fairs, campus engagement events, and evaluating entry-level and intern candidates. •Support and help facilitate the summer internship program in partnership with business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs). •Manage candidate communications, including confirmations, status updates, and follow-up correspondence via phone and email. •Maintain accurate job descriptions and compensation information across recruiting and HR systems. •Assist the TA Operations Manager with the administration of employee referral programs, recruitment marketing efforts (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), vendor management, and budget tracking. •Reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates. •Conducting phone screens and candidate pre-assessments. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and recommendations. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with employees and leaders across all organizational levels. •Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
