Required Skills: •Provides coordination and management for all Instructions for Use (IFU) and all related product labeling projects. The Associate Project Manager assists members of the Technical Publications team to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in full compliance with global regulatory and quality standards. •Organize and lead cross functional initiatives for Technical Publications, driving alignment and follow through across stakeholders. •Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, tracking progress and driving accountability for deliverables. •Facilitate and document project team meetings ensuring follow up to support execution. •Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, escalating complex issues as needed. •Support cross-functional team performance to ensure successful project completion. •Contribute to the development and improvement of department templates, workflows, and project management standards specific to technical documentation. •Demonstrates leadership qualities Qualifications: •Prior project management or related experience •Demonstrated capacity to effectively facilitate and support discussions and meetings •Excellent verbal & written communication skills •Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management •Demonstrated capacity to learn and effectively use various project management software •Demonstrated capacity to develop meaningful productive work relationships •Bachelor's Degree (4 year minimum) or equivalent work experience.
