Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines. •Application project management, oversight including patching and upgrades. •Knowledge of system-development lifecycle practices, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. •Operational familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project-management methodologies.
