This includes supporting the development the postscript optimal Patient journey and support of Patient Support HUB suppliers •Manage existing patient support programs •Support design, implementation and ongoing management of all programs •Partner with analytics teams to develop performance dashboards and interpret operational data for purposes of assessing market access trends, hub program utilization and performance against defined KPIs. Enhance the customer experience via market research to assess program performance, including current and competitive offerings •Function as subject matter expert on patient r support solutions and collaborate cross functionally to design and implement programs that compliantly support the company’s patient support objectives for inline and launching brands •Implement standardized auditing and active call monitoring •Actively facilitate and support development and maintenance of SOPs and business rules related to all US patient support. Maintain program SOPs, exceptions processes, workflows, scripting, training and reports. Manage external partner performance against contractual arrangements, SOPs, KPIs and budget. Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA-preferred •Agency/Vendor management experience required •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate on cross-functional teams required •Anticipates problems and roadblocks to avoid crisis management •Required proficiency in proven track record of developing accurate short- and long-term business plans, results and follow up •Required proficiency in solid understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including legal, medical, regulatory and clinical processes •Ensures timely execution and follow-up.
