Required Skills: •Assist with the setup of new production work areas, ensuring tooling and equipment are properly configured for operational efficiency and safety. •Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and other ground support equipment as required to facilitate production processes. •Support Continuous Improvement projects aimed at enhancing safety and efficiency in the workplace, contributing to a culture of operational excellence. •Perform routine functions, including daily clean-up of work areas, supporting 5S activities, and eliminating Foreign Object Debris (FOD) to maintain a safe working environment. •Move parts and tooling between work centers as needed to optimize workflow. •Undertake additional duties assigned by higher-level technicians or supervision that contribute to fulfilling our mission of safe space exploration. Qualifications: •High School diploma, GED, or Military experience. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately. •Demonstrated capacity to lift 50lbs and comfortable working at heights (work stands, ladders, lifts) and/or in confined spaces. •Proficiency in digital tools, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications. •Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally admitted refugee. •Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking to refine and enhance processes to contribute to operational success. •Curiosity to understand business details and optimize operations, fostering innovation in the workplace. •All shifts available.
