Hiring: Associate Product Manager (Hybrid) Company: We are Kasasa Location: Austin, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:37:40 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Product Management About the job Experience: •3+ years of work experience in a financial or technical role Required Skills: •Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction •Interface directly with senior product managers to achieve annual in-market goals and business plans and work cross-functionally with internal teams to hit release dates. •Translate business and user needs into clear documentation, including use cases, process flows, requirements, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and edge cases. •Assist in managing a product through the product development life cycle (e.g. product launches, including Sales readiness activities and post-launch efforts). •Execute hands-on functional, regression, exploratory, and user-acceptance testing under the guidance of Product and Engineering. •Participate in the leadership of cross-functional teams to resolve problems and implement improvements. •Reproduce reported issues by following documented steps, testing relevant scenarios, and collecting useful evidence such as screenshots, timestamps, error messages, API request/response details, and other information needed to triage issues. •Validate defect fixes and completed features in appropriate environments, perform regression checks, and communicate results and risks during the release process.
