Required Skills: •Build and maintain strong relationships within the global headquarters (Port Washington, NY) based leadership team and other cross-functional teams while supporting global product initiatives. •Conduct market research, customer interviews, sales feedback reviews, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities, market trends, and portfolio gaps. •Assist in translating market insights into product requirements, performance objectives, and customer-driven feature recommendations. •Support lifecycle management activities including product updates, cost-reduction initiatives, line extensions, and end-of-life evaluations. •Analyze and report on product performance, customer feedback, adoption trends, and market insights to support future roadmap decisions. •Build proficiency in sustainability frameworks and transparency initiatives including RED List awareness, DECLARE readiness, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) support, and eco-design principles. •Successfully contribute to on-time product launches and development initiatives. •Deliver accurate competitive analysis, product research, documentation, and market assessments, according to designated timelines. Qualifications: •Actively facilitate and support global roadmap for our Commercial Architectural Lighting product families while mastering regional market differences and global brand alignment. •Work cross departmentally to support project timelines, product validations, prototype evaluations, documentation reviews, certifications, and launch readiness activities.
