Required Skills: •We’re looking for a killer Associate Media Director who can step into a meaningful leadership role from day one. This person is a strong strategist, confident client partner and hands-on media leader who can independently own significant accounts, represent paid media in the room, and help develop a smart, curious team. •Own media strategy and leadership for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, from planning through optimization and reporting. •Lead client conversations and presentations with confidence; be someone we trust to represent Brown Bag Media in the room. •Build objective-first, integrated recommendations across paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV/video, audio, endemic/trade media and traditional channels when they make sense. •Turn performance data into a clear point of view: what happened, why it matters and what we should do next. •Guide execution, budget stewardship, testing, optimization and measurement without losing sight of the bigger strategy. •Coach and develop junior and mid-level team members, helping them become stronger thinkers — not just better task-doers. •Partner closely with Account, Creative, Analytics, SEO, Social and CRM/marketing automation so media is connected to the broader client strategy.
