Implementing programs to capture complaint, recall and product related data to support regulatory and business requirements.. All processes will be documented including legal review and approval when necessary. •Creating and implementing complaint handling infrastructure. Developing processes to help ensure compliance with regulations. •Leading processes to capture consumer contacts received via multiple contact channels; including phone, whitemail, social media contacts, email and chat communications. •Implementing processes to manage and support product recalls •Developing complaint reporting capabilities. •Bachelor degree •Capabilities with SAP, Power BI, Excel and SQL. •Strong oral and written communication skills.
