This site is our center of excellence for Solid Rocket Motor Propulsion and Energetics development as well as high-complexity production programs. •Providing technical direction to employees, assigning Quality Engineers to support programs, interface with other Aerojet Rocketdyne departments, establish work priorities and assign personnel to meet those requirements. •Maintain department's fiscal expectations, utilization and commitments by working closely with internal customers and participating in meetings where decisions and planning / program support work scheduling occurs. Accountable for personnel performance evaluations in accordance with company policies and procedures. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain US Security Clearance. •Demonstrated capacity to travel to other L3Harris and customer sites. •Solid functional working knowledge of common quality standards (AS9100 or ISO-9001) and typical aerospace processes (machining, welding, fabrication, material forming, product assembly, Foreign Object prevention, MRB, Quality Requirements Engineering (QRE), etc.).
