Required Skills: •CrowdStrike is seeking a Learning & Development Operations Manager to support the operational execution of our global learning programs. This people manager role will manage a team of direct reports to deliver a learning infrastructure that enables leadership development, professional growth, and organizational capability across the company. •This position works closely with Learning & Development program leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences across virtual and in-person environments. •We are currently reviewing applicants based out of the Bay Area CA, Austin TX, Arlington VA, and Redmond WA regions. •Oversee operational delivery of Learning & Development programs, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. •Develop and maintain standardized processes and operational workflows that support scalable learning delivery. •Coordinate with program managers, facilitators, HR partners, and vendors to ensure seamless program execution. •Program Delivery Management •Lead operational planning and delivery for virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs.
