Required Skills: •Manage and facilitate learning experiences (5 - 30 people) that connect and engage participants and achieve identified learning outcomes. •Support team member engagement and development programs and initiatives. •Develop tools and resources that support and enhance the competency of team members. •Partner with departmental leaders to support department-level initiatives. •Develop and/or implement evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
