Required Skills: •Execute hardware validation, qualification, and certification testing for new and existing products. •Assist in developing test plans, test procedures, and test reports. •Build, modify, and maintain test setups, fixtures, and laboratory equipment. •Collect, document, and analyze test data. •Investigate and troubleshoot product, system, and test setup issues. •Support environmental, EMC, electrical, reliability, and compliance testing activities. •Operate electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and environmental test equipment. •Document test results, failures, and corrective actions. Qualifications: •Associate’s Degree •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline with relevant industry experience. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. •Hands-on experience using electronic test equipment. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Effective written and verbal communication skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. •Operational familiarity with UL, ULC, FM, CE, or other certification standards. •Operational familiarity with test automation, data acquisition, or scripting tools. •Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
