Required Skills: •Strategic Leadership •Develop and execute the station's content strategy across all platforms. •Establish programming goals that support audience growth and revenue targets. •Identify emerging content trends and implement innovative programming initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with fellow executive leadership to align content with organizational mission and objectives. •Supervise related department leaders, including Programming and Digital •Foster creativity, collaboration, and professional development within the content team and across departments. •Ensure all content complies with FCC regulations, copyright laws, and company policies and ensure all licensing agreements with artists and labels are aligned with WXPN’s distribution needs.
