Required Skills: •This position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and will be based in our Northborough, MA office. •Provide substantive, strategic legal advice to support various business functions including Sales & Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Global Supply Chain, Research & Development, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Investor Relations to assist Aspen in navigating legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across the globe •Assist in all aspects of the development, oversight, and administration of Aspen’s compliance and training programs. Provide day-to-day advice on a wide array of compliance matters including Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy/Security, Trade Compliance, Antitrust, Records Retention, and other matters •Implement and maintain sound corporate governance practices. Maintain corporate records and draft corporate resolutions, minutes, and operative governance documents •Assist with enterprise risk management program and related internal governance structures and stakeholder groups •Manage or support, as necessary, litigation matters, dispute resolution matters, administrative proceedings, investigations, and responses to regulatory inquiries •Manage special projects and serve on cross-functional teams and steering committees •Contribute to periodic functional and corporate reporting, including SEC disclosures, as applicable Qualifications: •Draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of agreements including commercial agreements (customer and supplier), channel partner agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, joint venture/development agreements, license agreements, real estate agreements, and other agreements related to Aspen’s business •Juris Doctor and B.A./B.S. from fully accredited universities; license to practice and bar admission in good standing in least one state, preferably Massachusetts Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package •Aspen is proud to offer a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, and PTO Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
