Minneapolis and Northern Surrounding Area Company: Stryker Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 11:01:12 Employment Type: On-site About the job Experience: •3+ years of relevant experience Required Skills: •Repair, maintain and operate Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation. •Serve as company liaison with external customers on administrative and technical matters; ensure customer satisfaction therefore facilitating renewals of existing SAs. •Partner with Account Executives and MPS team members to actively identify potential sales leads. •Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation and other assigned equipment. •Independently and proactively schedule and perform required preventive maintenance visits and engineering updates (ECN’s). •Travel and assist in other Field Service territories. •Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner. •Instruct and train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software and hardware upgrades/updates, installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars.
