Required Skills: •Maintaining our 2.25-mile boardwalk year-round to ensure it’s safe for all. •Updating work orders through our maintenance software. •Cleaning and organization of shops, storage, fleet, mechanical areas. •Assessing and troubleshooting equipment and performing repairs. •Performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. •Operating large equipment such as: tractors/front loaders, excavators, Forklifts, Swamp Buggies, and dump truck. •Operating small equipment such as: ATV’s, pumps, chainsaw’s, landscaping equipment. •Loading and transporting heavy equipment and running errands. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
