Required Skills: •Plans and integrates the resources necessary for maintaining or improving the company's physical assets. •Collaborates with maintenance technicians/managers and production leadership to establish schedules for equipment and systems. •Create and analyzes reports and equipment data to identify potential issues and develop maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns or failures. •Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, maintenance logs. •Manages computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other relevant software to facilitate documentation and analysis of maintenance data; ensuring accurate documentation. •Participates in cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives and ensure effective maintenance practices •Generates reports to monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly performance (KPIs). •Recommend and implements continuous process improvements. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
