Location: Mooresville, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 13:31:45 Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management About the job Experience: •6+ years of experience in diversity & inclusion, leadership development, workforce business analytics, research, business case development and reporting •6+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies within the retail sector or related industries •6+ years of in-depth knowledge of diversity, culture, and inclusion best practices, policies and legal requirements •5 years of strong analytical to track and measure impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives Required Skills: •Lead the development and execution of associate engagement programming and activations to align with business priorities. •Manage and oversee the team of volunteer associates responsible for operations, engagement, and strategic growth of the Inclusion Network across the enterprise to foster belonging and advance organizational goals. •Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR business partners, communications, business leaders) to amplify key initiatives and translate insights into enterprise-wide actions and engagement. •Advise leadership on associate experience trends, risks, and opportunities, using data-driven insights to shape culture, diversity, and inclusion strategies. •Develop and maintain a governance framework to organize Inclusion Network outputs. •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging listening engagement insights and business needs to influence enterprise-wide strategies that enhanced the associate experience and strengthened organizational culture. •Promote Lowe's culture, diversity, and inclusion by representing the company at internal events, panels, and partnerships within the business to highlight the work and impact of the team. •Build and sustain strategic partnerships with enterprise business leaders to align associate engagement initiatives with organizational priorities, driving adoption, accountability and measurable business outcomes through the engagement Engagement Guide resources.
