Ensures the program aligns with best practices in health promotion and meets the needs of the student population. •Supervises professional and paraprofessional staff, ensuring effective hiring, training, employment policies and protocols, supervision, and professional development. •Oversees department outreach for social media and marketing of programs and services. •Manages program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support program goals and objectives. •Collaborates with university and community partners to develop and implement comprehensive initiatives focused on student health, wellness, and safety. Works across departments to integrate wellness initiatives into broader campus programs. •Assist the Director with overall department operations, strategic planning, policy development, and program evaluation.
