Hands-on experience as a technical leader with Java, Full stack Development, Spring, SQL, Integration Frameworks, Micro services, Automation, Cloud journeys, Solution architecture. •Proven ability to lead and scale AI adoption within Agile/DevOps teams, with measurable impact on velocity, cycle time, and quality. •Organize production support activities across multiple time zones. •Interface directly with our business partners to understand requirements, design IT solutions and ensure they meet the business needs balanced with a pragmatic approach to design. •Ensure that the team maintains high performance, maintainability, and quality standards for software. •Influence the prioritization of business unit technology projects, optimal project structure and project administration to ensure strategic business objectives are met and risk is managed. •Focus on workforce management to accurately capture IT resource capacity involving resources (internal and/or external), processes and practices. •Develop and maintain development methodology and ensures all team members understand their responsibilities in this process.
