Entertainment industry experience is strongly preferred. Required Skills: •Strategy & Leadership •Lead talent partnership strategy, including programming, recruitment, stewardship, and creation of meaningful engagement opportunities. •Serve as a brand ambassador for No Kid Hungry within the entertainment industry, partnering closely with talent and their teams to identify and activate nontraditional, culture-first pathways for engagement. •Track trends in entertainment, influencer marketing, and social impact. •Build, cultivate, and sustain strong relationships with celebrities, agencies, managers, and other entertainment industry executives to support long-term engagement and collaboration. •Build, refine, and maintain internal talent engagement processes, including vetting protocols, onboarding procedures, and stewardship models. •Supervise Manager of Talent Partnerships, setting goals and direction for their work, identifying and cultivating development opportunities with them and overseeing their projects. •Partner with colleagues to support Share Our Strength's work to be a diverse and inclusive organization, and ensure this value is embedded in the organization and throughout our work. Qualifications: •Collaborative and creative thinking with demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing multi-faceted and meaningful talent engagement strategies and campaigns. •Highly strategic and organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while coordinating workflow in a deadline-driven and service-focused environment. •Must be proactive and a self-starter.
