Required Skills: •Structure workstreams, analyses, interviews, workshops, and deliverables for assigned US Business Strategy projects. •Coordinate functional strategy inputs and pressure-test whether functional plans ladder to US commercial enterprise priorities. •Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs into clear strategic choices. •Prepare US LT-ready recommendations, strategic options, and trade-off narratives. •Manage stakeholder follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action tracking for workstreams. •Support transition from recommendation to execution by documenting owners, milestones, KPIs, and dependencies Qualifications: •Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field •Preferred: Advanced degree (Master of Science and/or MBA) •The salary for this position is expected to range between $132,300.00 and $245,700.00 per year. •The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
