Hiring: Associate Director, Product Marketing Company: Wolters Kluwer Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:01:33 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Product Management About the job Experience: •5 years proven experience in managing a global team •At least 5 years proven experience in managing a global team Required Skills: •Guide, create, and deliver differentiated product positioning, deliver strong messaging, and create insightful buyer personas and other compelling content that communicates value and supports a buyer’s journey-based sales cycle •Actively facilitate and support execution of a GTM strategy that specifically relates to product/domain responsibilities •Perform both primary and secondary market, customer, and competitive research to understand market segments, produce buyer insights, and identify new product opportunities •Lead in the creation of new product/feature messaging and support product management teams in roadmap development •Support marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline •Partner cross-functionally with demand-generation teams to build and execute high-response campaigns •Help field sales, customer success, and partner teams in their efforts to land new prospects and expand business with existing customers •Enable sales, GTM teams, and strategic partners in positioning Enablon products Qualifications: •Strong data analysis skills for deriving insights and a willingness to change direction based on results illustrated through analytics •Project planning and management experience to support cross-functional, metrics-driven projects •A relationship builder, particularly with functions outside of marketing, including product management, engineering, sales, customer success, services, and operations teams •A consensus building leadership style, decisive decision-maker, and persuasive influencer •10-plus years of B2B technology experience, ideally in EHS, Sustainability, Operational Risk, or ESG space •At least five to seven years of experience spent in product marketing roles •Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field of study is preferred, or equivalent experience Compensation: •$133,400 - $238,400 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package •This role is eligible for Bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
