Required Skills: •Lead a team of Linux platform engineers responsible for the design, delivery, and support of enterprise Linux services. •Set technical direction for Linux platform standards, operating system architecture, and engineering practices. •Act as the escalation point for complex Linux platform issues. •Make technical decisions that improve platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency. •Mentor engineers through technical coaching, design reviews, and engineering best practices. •Continue the evolution of our automation-first operating model. •Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and related technologies. •Eliminate manual processes through automation and self-service capabilities.
