Required Skills: •The Director, MSLs is responsible for the leadership, direction and management of MSLs in the region and works collaboratively with the Medical Affairs Senior management with strategic and tactical planning, working collaboratively with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development teams for support of clinical studies across the product portfolio. Qualifications: •Advanced scientific terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years of experience in the pharma/ biotech industry. •Previous experience managing field-based medical teams. •Proven performance in earlier role •Practical understanding of the FDA, OIG, HIPPA, PhRMA, and other international regulatory/ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. •Travel required for conferences, congresses, team meetings, mentoring/training activities and KOL/HCP interactions as needed. •The salary range for Associate Director, MSL is $206,600 - $271,215 •The salary range for Director, MSL is $224,600 - $294,735 •Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Life Sciences industry preferred. •The annual base salary range for the Associate Director or Director, Medical Science Liaison, Oncology – West Region / Field-based is from :$224,600-$294,700 •Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.
