Required Skills: •Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MSLs to ensure effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals and KOLs. •Develop and implement strategic plans to support the dissemination of scientific information and data related to Tempus’ products and services. •Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to support clinical and scientific objectives. •Oversee the development and delivery of scientific presentations, publications, and other educational materials. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, marketing, and sales, to support product launches and other initiatives. •Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive intelligence, and scientific advancements to inform strategic planning. •Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the dissemination of scientific information. •Represent Tempus at scientific conferences, meetings, and other events. Qualifications: •Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or DNP) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., oncology, molecular biology, genetics). •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison or other relevant medical role, and/or at least 2 years in a relevant managerial or leadership position in industry is strongly preferred. •Strong knowledge of oncology, molecular biology, and the healthcare landscape. •Solid tumor oncology therapeutic knowledge or expertise. •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. •Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders. •Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Solid functional working knowledge of genomic laboratory-developed testing (LDT) and familiarity with CLIA-88’, CAP guidelines •Working knowledge in vitro diagnostic (IVD) regulatory guidelines from the FDA (21 CFR Part 809, CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 807, 21 CFR Part 812, 21 CFR Part 814) and Sunshine Act (2013) Compensation: •$200,000 - $225,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
