Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 10+ years within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Field Medical, Field Sales, Field Management, Operations Support or Marketing) •OR a combination of equivalent education and experience. •Demonstrated experience in project management is preferred. •Practical experience of data and analytics, Excel and PowerPoint. •Proven performance in earlier role. •Preferred experience working with CRM platforms and business intelligence/reporting tools. (e.g., Veeva CRM Power BI and Tableau) •The annual base salary range for the Associate Director, Field Medical Operations is from :$173,700-$228,000 •Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan. •Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills. •Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
